A minor update is available for Feren OS's Stock ISOs

A second refresh to the January 2019 Snapshot ISOs is now available, bringing with it all the improvements and updates made to Feren OS since the last ISO refresh was released, as well as re-doing the ISOs on the latest Mint base.

Added Release Notes:

• The "Install extra packages for media codecs" option in the System Installer does not install the correct codecs package, currently
• Feren OS's Cinnamon Desktop will keep crashing if emulated in GNOME Boxes

Changes since the last refresh:

The following changes have been made since the last ISO refresh:

• Plenty of updates to the system itself - all the packages that can be updated have been updated
• OOBE - OOBE now runs on the Live Session as well as on the first login to a new user, although the OOBE is limited to a few steps on the Live Session
• Configs - Feren OS's Desktop and Pictures folders now incorporate into their respective folders if the locale means that the folder is under a different name
• Themes - Feren OS's Light Theme has been updated to make the theme more neutral, and the Cinnamon themes have all been refined and now refer to either the 'feren' Cinnamon Theme or the 'feren-dark' Cinnamon Theme for similar code (Feren OS Next also has the neutral-er theme now too)
• Repositories - Feren OS's Repositories now point to the GitHub Repositories instead of the old SourceForge Repositories.
• More - More small changes have been made that are too miscellaneous to be mentioned here
