New to feren OS: [Mint Compatible] Make custom Panel and Theme Configs from Themes

A new feature has arrived for feren OS Users, which lets you Save and Load Panel and Theme Layouts like how Themer Themes work, meaning you can revert back to how your Cinnamon Configuration was before applying a Theme from Themer!

This feature is also Mint-compatible as well, and introduces a way to bring such an idea as KDE Plasma's Look & Feel Functionality to Cinnamon.

I'm proud to see what the community comes up with using this new feature!
Also, this is now out-of-the-box in the latest ISO update...
